[Before J. Sharp, Es<i, R.M.] Saturday, March 19. J. TI. Lang ford v. W. Brown. Claim for £5 13s. Bd. for goods supplied . Plaintiff was non-suited. Judgment for defendant for costs, £l ss. T. Harlcy v. If. C. Barley. Claim for £20, the value of a malt screen taken away by defendant, or return of same if the Court so orders. Judgment for plaintiff for the screen to be returned, and costs, £4 7s. TV. Hale v. Norris & Co., of Auckland. Claim for £21 19a. lOd. for fruit supplied. Defendants did not-appear. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed, and costs, £3 19s.
