04 CASES. At Auckland last week 94 youths appeared' in the Magistrates' Court, charged with failing to attend parades. The hearing of the charges occupied the Magistrate two hours. Several cases where reasonable excuses were made were dismissed; in the other cases fines ranging from.ls. to £1 were imposed.
