Two Men Killed at Lower Hutt

Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 2. Two fatal accidents occurred this morn ing at the Hutt Railway Workshops. The names of the victims were: Fre%crick Albert Jones, aged 28, single, of 135 Richmond Street, Petone. William Noel Cowdry, ageu 23, single, of 35 Awa Road, Miramar. Mr. Jones was crusned against a building by a rake of trucks. He was driving an electric scooter at the time. Mr. Cowdry, a blacksmith's strikei, climbed to open a skylight and fei. through about 25 feet to the ground head first on to a pile of iron. Both fatalities were at about 8.30.
