Important Meeting at Dannevirke
Hon. W. J. Poison, Minister of Primary. Production for War Purposes, has notified the Dannevirke Primary Production Council and the Farmers ’ Union that Mr. J. Kobertson, M.P. for Masterton, will be in Dannevirke on Thursday next to address a meeting of farm: ers, business men and members of the Women’s Division in tho Farmers’ Union meeting room, Dannevirke. The information which Mr. Robertson is going to impart is of a very confidential nature and cannot on any account be published. Those coming along 'will have the advantage of getting information which they are entitled to know, as prominent men and women in the town and district. A cordial invitation is extended to all those who are interested to come along. Mr. Poison states that Mr. J. Robertson has a splendid grip on the subject matter which he has to place before the meeting. It is expected that as many business men as possible will make it convenient to attend, as it is in their direct interests as well as farmers.
