JEFFRIES—GREEN A popular wedding was celebrated at St. John’s Church, Feilding, in the early evening of a beautiful summer day on December 16, when Violet May, third daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Topknots of pink and blue velvet flowers held the dainty triangular tulle veils in place and they carried dainty shower bouquets of roses, pink sweet-peas and maidenhair fern, finished with two-toned satin ribbon streamers. Silver shoes completed their charming ensembles. Mr. H. Jefferies, of Eketahuna, cousin of tho bridegroom, supported him as best man, and the groomsman was Mr. Stewart Craine, of Kiwitea, also a cousin.
