Duce Receives Chief of Gestapo
ROME, Dec. 21. Signor Mussolini received Heinrich Himmler, chief of the German Secret Policy, to-day. The Italian newd agency says that, they had a long and cordial conversation. Himmler and the Italian Under-Sec-retar for tho Interior to-day signed an agreement under which Germans resident in the Tyrol will vote by December 31 whether to return to Germany or assume Italian citizenship.
