Hitler Wishes Stalin A Happy Birthday
BERLIN, Dec. 21. Hitler to-day telegraphed Stalin: “On your 60th birthday, I beg you to accept my most cordial congratulations and best wishes for your personal welfare and for the happy future of the peoples of our friend the Soviet.” The Nazi Foreign Minister, von Ribbentrop, sent a similar message.
