Sheep-laden Lorry Overturns

FIFTEEN SHEEP KILLED. A motor lorry laden with about 80 head of sheep when proceeding down Kimbolton road towards Feiiding, just north of the Kiwitea bridge at an early hour yesterday morning, left the highway and overturned in a ditch. The driver of the vehicle escaped injury tuit about fifteen of the unfortunate sheep were killed. The vehicle was owned by Mr M. Mitchell, of Feiiding, and at the time of the accident was being driven by an employee. Later yesterday morning the damaged lorry was brought to Feiiding for repairs.
