DAWSON COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE NAPIER. Feb. 2. After pleading guilty to two charges of making a false document, two charges of causing a false document to bo acted upon as genuine, and one ehargo of obtaining credit by fraud, Keith Stewart Dawson, of Napier, motor engineer, was yesterday committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Lengthy evidence was called for the police by Detective-Sergeant H. Nuttall, and at the conclusion of this Mr. H. Le Pine, for tho. defendant, pleaded

guilty. Air. J. Miller, S.M., granted bail on one of the charges of making a false document at £3OO in self, with two sureties of £l5O, and on the other four charges for £IOO in self. A condition of bail was that accused should report daily to the police
