Very Firm Market at Sydney Wool Sales
GREASY MERINO OVER 3s. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyrigm. Received Tuesday, 10.25 p.m. SYDNEY, jam 20. At the wool sales 12,405 bales were offered and 11,090 sold, also 1279 privately. There was strong general competition and the market was very firm at full late rates for best descriptions. There was also a wider demand lor all other grades except short faulty fleece and skirtings. Greasy Merino made 36£ pence. • J
