There was a splendid attendance, visitors from all surrounding districts being present. Music was contributed by a professional orcliesira, while Mr G. M. Thomson made an efficient M. A Monte Carlo dance was won by Miss eßtty White, of Palmerston .North, and Mr S. Craven. Extra dances were played by Mr G. Thomson. Some of the indies preseit were: Mesdames W.
