BASELESS ENEMY REPORT.

(Rec. 9 a.nt.) NEAV YORK. Sept. 15. The Times has received a cablegram from the Primo Minister of New Zealand (Mr Fraser) protesting against the German and Rome overseas radio broadcast quoting the New York Times of September 8 as authority for the report that New Zealand troops revolted against embarking for England for the war.

Mr Fraser called t'he report baseless and fantastic, and expressed certainty that the Times had not published it, but he requested an authoritative denial. The Times declares that it never published such a report.
