RUSSIAN WARNINGS.

LONDON, Sept. 14

The Daily Telegraph says coinciding with the dissolution of the International Danube Commission the Soviet Foreign Office has notified the German Ambassador that Russia expects to take an active part in future discussions on Danube traffic. The Moscow radio has again warned Rumania in regard to the new alleged frontier incident. M. Dekanozov, who is M. Molotov’s second deputy, summoned Dr. Gafencu (Rumanian Ambassador) and described the incident as “provocative.” Ho added that the Soviet would not tolerate such actions.
