JAPANESE MOVEMENT.
TOKIO, Sept. 14. The preparatory commission for the establishment of .“a new national structure” has adopted a platform of regulations aiming at_ “the construction of a new order in Greater East Asia and further to establish a new world order.” It will be disbanded next week.
The Minister of War (LieutenantGeneral To jo) said the army intends to give wholehearted and positive support to the movement. However, officers and men in the active forces will he prohibited from joining the central directing bodv. The War Minister and a few others" alone will be permitted to partake as advisers, while ex-service-men will be encouraged.
The Jure naval station announces that a new warship, the Isliigaki, has been launched. Its category is not disclosed. The Admiralty announces that their naval fliers accidentally dropped a test bomb on the Canadian liner Empress of Asia, injuring four of the Chinese crow. The navy sent surgeons aboard and apologised." The Purser said there was no strutural damage and tho Empress of A3'!a continued to Vancouver.
