RIVERBANK DAIRY COY.
At tho annual meeting of the shareholders of the Riverbank Co-operative Dairy Coy., Ltd., hold recently in the Ngawapurua Hall, the chairman of . directors (Ml- J. W. Ilanaray) presided. The 25th annual report and balance-sheet of the company was adopted, the chairman remarking on the satisfactory working of the year and complimenting all concerned. The report showed an estimated seasonal pay-out per lb. for butterfat of 21.22 d, amounting to £5370 15s. The report also stated that the directors last .year estimated the season’s pay-out for per pound of - butterfat at 16.945 d, . but that the final pay-out was 16.996 d. The balance-sheet showed the total sale of cheese, whey, cream and whole cream to be £32,703 8s 36. The appropriation ao count showed the balance for distribution at £5287- 16s 4d. As the number of nominations received for the office of directors was not in excess of the number required, Messrs C. B. Morgan and R. Russell wore re-elected. Messrs Dempsy and Litchfield were also re-elected auditors.
