CONGREGATIONAL GUILD.

The members of the Congregational Church Ladies’ Guild were the guests of Mrs Mundy at her residence in Feat'herston Street on Tuesday. Despite tile inclement weather twenty ladies were present. Apologies were received from Mesda.mes Edwards. Lewis, Wright, and Miss R. Edwards. “Sealed Orders” was the programme for the afternoon; this was arranged by Mrs Garner and proved most interesting and novel, and revealed quite a lot of unknown talent. Ladies were busy knitting for the minesweepers and it is hoped soon to have a parcel to send to the committee. Afternoon tea was served by Airs Mundy and Miss Ivilliek and they were thanked by Airs Nicholls. Two members were added to the roll this week and one last month, namely, Atesdames Drake, Stevens, and Tiddy.
