ALAMAZAN OVER-RULED

(Rec. 1.5 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, Sept 12 The Chamber of Deputies has officially declared Senor Coniadho Presidentelect of Mexico, over-riding t'he claims of General Alamazan. A Government spokesman said the moves of General Alamazan and his forces definitely classed them as rebels.

The Independent candidate, General Juan Andreu Alamazan, showed surprising strength throughout the country over the official candidate, Senor Avila Comacho, in the Presidential elections held in July. Forty were known to be dead in rioting throughout the country.
