SOLDIER PATIENTS.
LARGE NUMBER OF CASES. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, June 9. Military transport services and St. John ambulances plied continually between the Papakura mobilisation camp and the city on Saturday and to-day, transferring a further 171 soldiers suffering from influenza to hospital. The number of victims of the epidemic now totals 387. None\ of' the patients is reported to be in a serious condition and the epidemic is described as being well-controlled.
