Councillors. —North Island: Messrs W. Gilbert, S. M. Stone (Wellington) ; W. J. -Trustcott, I. J- Sutherland (Auckland), S. Lewis (South Auckland), E. T. Petty (Taranaki), and H. Mayo (Hawke’s Bay). South Island: Messrs A. Dickson, J. _ Gagliardi (Christchurch). J. J. Davis, S. Dovereux (Dunedin), S. Manning (South Canterbury), D. H. Thomson (North Otago), and S. C. K. Smith (Southland) .
