COMPLETE MOBILISATION. SECRET PARERS BURNT. LEGATIONS TAKE xVCTION. (United Press Association —By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright.) Received May 16, 11.10 a.m. BERNE, May 15. A joint Government and High Command communique states that mobilisation is complete. All troops are at their assigned position, and powerful forces are on all the frontiers, while large forces are established in the interior.

Members of tlio British Legation at Berne last night burnt tlicir papers. It is reported that the Trench and German Legations have taken similar action. Some members of the English and French Legations have gone to Geneva with other records. The British Consulate has left Basle.
