. .CHANGES ANNOUNCED, . 1 BUCHAREST, May IT. The Rumanian Government resigned and King Carol asked M. Tatarescu to form a new government of National Union. M. Tatarescu reconstructed his Cabinet with minor changes. Dr. Gafencu remains Foreign Minister. In a statement M. Tatarescu said: “There will be no change in policy. We. will continue to combine military preparations f with a strict watch on our frontiers.” ■
