ALL SAINTS’ HOME.
The monthly meeting of the ladies’ committee of All Saints’ Children’s Home was held at the home on Thursday. Air Handley presided and others present were Alesdames Akers, Bagnall, Nichols and Phillips, Alisses Owtram and Whyte. Apologies for absence were received from Canon G. Y. AVoodward.. Alesdames ■ Blackmore, Field. Louisson, Alansford, Aloore, Alartin, Robinson and AVoodward. The matron reported that the children were all well a.nd enjoying the holidays; some of them were attending the afternoon session’s of the competitions at the'invitation of the management committee. One child was discharged during the month. '
Produce from harvest thanksgiving services continued to-come in and the committee had to thank the following parishes lor their donations: Shannon, St. Chad’s (Longburn), Feilding, Kiwitea, Kimholton. All Saints’ (Palmerston North), Kahuterawa, Konini, Stratford. Cardiff. Aokautere, St. Barnabas (AA’aikanae), Tokomaru . Foxton.
