KAIRANGA INSTITUTE.
There' was a large number present at the dance organised by the Kairanga Institute. The hall had been decorated and u. professional orchestra supplied the music. Mr G. Voss, figured redingote satin; Mrs Sollilt, lettuce green satin: Misses J. Prentice, silver lined blue taffeta-; J. Newman, led velvet: J. Beal, red satin; N. Lewis, lavender organdie; Mrs A. A three-act comedy was read by members of St. Andrew’s Drama Circle at their monthly, reading night, Mr. S. Bradfield being the director. The cast consisted of Alesdames G. Otway and Ooutts, Alisses N. Bowden and N. Macaulay, Messrs 7 ;Bradfield, G. Rennie and G. Reece. Airs E. Bowler AVatson presided and Airs H. F. Wilson was the supper hostess.
