Mr and Mrs Charles Lewis, of “Argyle,” Waipawa, are staying with Mrs Lewis’s aunt, Mrs S. A. Gover, of the Bank of Australasia Mr and Mrs C. B. McClure, of West Street, are staying with their daughter, Mrs T. Clausen, of Hamilton. Mr and Mrs Gilbert Hassall. of West Street, are sta}ing at Paraparaumu Beach. Miss M. Beattie, of the Feilding Agricultural High School, is spending the holidays at her home in Waimate. Mrs A. Brewer, of Wellington, is the guest of Mrs R. Richardson, of Feilding. Mr and Mrs L. Body, of Kopane, are oft holiday in Wellington. Mrs J. E. ’Jenkinson, of Feilding, is spending several weeks in Wellington.
Rev. Maurice Pirani, who has been spending several weeks with his mother, Mrs E. Pirani, of Manchester Street, has returned to Wellington. Miss M. E. Mcllardv, of the ’Wanganui telephone exchange; who has been transferred on promotion to the position of supervisor of the telephone exchange, Feilding, is taking up her new position this week.
