CONDEMNED BY R.S.A. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, May 3. The R.S.A. conference to-day requested the Government to apply the Public Safety Emergency Regulations for the prevention of the dissemination of subversive propaganda or any other activities detrimental to the Empire, war effort, and assured it of R.S.A. co-operation in giving effect to this. It was also resolved to approach the Government, insisting on an immediate investigation of the activities of the Communist Party in New Zealand and that, where investigation showed the persons responsible to be holding Government or Public Office positions they be immediately dismissed. The conference also asks that the entrance of foreigners to the Dominion be prohibited for the duration of the war and at least two years thereafter. The cancellation of the naturalisation papers of disloyal naturalised subjects is also requested.
