WELLINGTON MEMBERS. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 29. Mr A. H. Carman, chairman of the T’awa Flat branch of the Labour Party for five years, and for five years a Labour member of the Wellington Hospital Board, and Mr S. Piipieh, secretary of the Tawa Flat branch for four years till last month, have resigned from the party. In a letter of explanation, Mr Carman stated that, in common with many members . of 'the party, ho had realised a growing sense of disappointment at the slowing down in the implementing of the programme upon which the party had received the support of the electors.”
