(Front Our Own Correspondent.) OTAKI, April 22. Mr T. Thompson, of the Otaki Post Office slaff, is on his annual leave. Mm Bowden, who has been a resident of Otaki for several years, has decided to take up her residence in 'Wellington. Miss Greer, who has been in Otaki for the past eighteen months, has accepted a position in Christchurch. Mr F. W. Soutligaitc, who has been on tile Otaki railway staff for about six years, has received notice of his translcr to Lower lluft. Citizens are reminded of the flower show to be held in the Empire Hall on Saturday next. Exihibitors are requested to make their entries as soon as possible to facilitate necessary arrangements. Entries are expected from Wanganui, Hastings and the surrounding districts and it is hoped local gardeners will give their support. The attention of the ladies is drawn to the, decorative sections. Members of ladies’ garden circles are requested to note the special section for them.’ The secretary will he at, the Empire Hall on Friday at 7 p.m. to receive entries.
