NEW YORK, April 13. As the culmination of seven years of experiment, specialists at Mount Sinai Hospital have announced a five-day cure for "syphilis. It is stated that.Bo per cent, were cured of 375 tested. The cure is based on an acceleration of Erhlich’s treatment by means of massive intravenous doses. of arsenical compounds. The New York Times in an editorial says it is the greatest achievement in the recent history of therapeutics.
