AMERICAN NAVY.
EXPANSION FACILITATED. WASHINGTON, April 10. Without waiting for Congress to provide funds for the navy, it lias been decided to immcdiatly commence the construction of two 1.0,000-ton cruisers, two seaplane tenders, and six submarines. The Government is also accelerating. the construction of a hundred warships at present in the yards.
