BRIDGE AT NIAGARA.
MODERN STRUCTURE. NIAGARA FALLS, Jan. 29. The International Railway has announced that it is building a modern bridge to replace the one destroyed last week. A group of Canadian financiers has applied to the American and Canadian Governments for permission to build a 7,000,000-dollar observation bridge downstream from the other.
