ALL SAFE ON BOARD. BERLIN, Jan. 30. The Lufthansa Rylng-boat Zephyr, carrying South American mail to Europe, descended in the sea 250 miles from the African coast because of engine trouble. The crew sent a wireless message stating all was well on board. The mother ship Ostmark is speeding to the Zephyr’s aid.
