POSSIBLE LATER IN YEAR. LONDON, Jan. 23. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says it is believed that the visit to Berlin of the French journalist, M. Fernand de Brinon is intended to pave the way for official Franco-German conversations later ia the year. A Berlin message on January 21 stated that a specially warm welcome was given tho French journalist, M. Fernand de Brinon, a friend of the French Premier, by Storm Troopers, and that ho was received with guards of honour provided by Storm Troopers, and that ho would see General Goering and Herr Hess, and possibly Herr Hitler.
