DISCUSSION BY CABINET. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Jan. 21. A good deal of importance is attached to the first 1938 caucus of the Parliamentary Labour Party to be held on February 10. It is likely that at this meeting the Government’s national superannuation and national health insurance proposals will be revealed in something like their final form. Cabinet has been discussing these proposals some days, and at the conclusion of a long meeting of Cabinet this evening the Prime Minister (Rt. Hon. M. J. Sava.ge) indicated that good progress has been made with the framing of. the respective schemes. He said that at the moment the Minister of Finance (Hon. W. Nash) was examining them from the point of view of the financial obligations involved. *
