GOVERNMENT DISSOLVED.
ELECTIONS IN IRELAND. (British Official Wireless.) Received Januarv 21, 10.50 a.m. RUGBY, Jan. 20. The Governor of Northern Ireland (the Duke of Abercorn) has issued a proclamation dissolving the Parliament of Northern Ireland and calling a new Parliament for March 1. Writs for the general election will be sent out immediately.
