ARRESTS IN SWEDEN.
STEEL FACTORY EMPLOYEES,

Received January 19, 10.35 a.m. RUGBY, Jan. 18. The Times Stockholm correspondent reports that two former employees of one of Sweden’s leading steel works have been arrested on a charge of espionage, allegedly admitted communicating with the Soviet Legation with a view to selling secret methods of manufacturing rustless steel.
