RANGIOTU ACCIDENT.
CONDITION OF INJURED. Inquiries made at 1 p.m. to-day concerning the condition of the throe men who suffered the most serious injuries of the party in the accident near Rangiotu last night disclosed that Mr McDonald, who sustained , a lacerated hand and, injured leg, was still on the seriously injured list, but Mr" Thompson, who suffered head injuries, was not so badly hurt. Both were reported to be progressing favourably. Mr C. S. Plank, who was still in a serious condition, was reported to have passed a fair night. The report of the accident appears on page 6.
