STUDIO PARTY.

MISS GWEN GIBBS ENTERTAINS. A studio party was held by Miss Gwen Gibbs on Saturday night. A largo gathering of pupils and friends enjoyed tlio evening. Miss Gibbs received her guests wearing a smart tailored black and white evening suit, and her assistants, Misses L. McAffer and L. Major, wore floral georgette and blue floral crepe-de-chine respectively. Pleasure was afforded by a tap dance and demonstration contributed by Mr J. Houlihan. Prize-winners were Mis.« Judy Copeland and Mr F. Moresby (competition), Miss Joan Allen and Mr A. B. Langley (Monte Carlo), Miss Barbara Smith, and Mr D. Fulton (waltz), Miss’ Peggy Phillips and Mr W. Alcock (musical competition).
