SUBMARINE ATTACK.
SPANISH STEAMER SUNK
CHANAK (Turkey), Aug. 16. The Spanish steamer Ciudad de Cadiz, en route to Barcelona, was sunk off Gallipoli by shellfire and torpedoes from a. submarine marked C 3. The crew were rescued by a Russian tanker.
