MISSING AIRMEN.
PREPARATIONS FOR RESCUE. Received August 16, 12.10 p.m. MOSCOW, Aug. 15. The authorities are making elaborate arrangements for the discovery and rescue of the missing Soviet ’plane. They are dispatching ice-breakers and aeroplanes to the Polar regions.
