COTTON IN FINE FORM. Received August 16, 10-5 a.m. BERLIN, Aug. 15. Cotton won the German golf championship at Baden with a total of 274. Boyer was 17 strokes away second. Cotton’s rounds were 63, 70, 69, and 72. His first round broke the course record by three strokes, and included an eagle and nine birdies, despite rain.
