JAPANESE WHALERS.
LARGE CATCHER WANTED. Received August 16, 9.30 a.m. TOKIO, Aug. 15. Whaling enterprises are preparing to send vessels to the Antarctic without delay and are prepared to make the largest possible catch, realising that the coming season may be the last in which the Japanese are not bound by the international convention.
