AUSTRALIANS IN CANADA. OTTAWA, Aug. 12. Nine Australians qualified for the second stage oi the Governor-General s match, at the Canadian rifle shooting meeting. A Nova Scotian, Lieutenant Kennedy, won the qualifying stage with 100. Captain Coles Prince Edward Island, won the MacDonald-Brier match with 123. James (Australia) was second with 122 and Wootton (Australia) fifth. equaL with 119.
