(From Our Own Correspondent.) SANSON, Aug. 10. At the weekly practices of the Table Tennis Club button winners were: —A grade, A. C. Matthews, C. N. Oppatt, R. H. Meyer, Misses M. Butler and J. Butler; B grade, E. N. Butler, Miss L. Lumsdcn, F. Meyer, N. S. Butler, R. Lumsdcn, and T H. Williams. An A grade team of six plavers from the Glen Oroua Club visited "Sanson for a friendly match, and defeated the local club by two games, tho scores being 19—17. The following are t.ho details, Sanson players being mentioned first;-A. O. Matthews heat G. Burgess. W. Scott, Miss M. Poupard, G. Hunt R. Pederson, lost to S. Poupard; Miss M Butler beat Toupard, Scott, Miss Poupard Hunt, Pederson, lost to Burgess; G Williams bent Scott. Miss Poupard, Hunt Pederson, lost to Burgess. Poupard; R Moyer beat Miss Poupard. Hunt, lost to Burgess, Scott, Poupard, Pederson; G. N. Oppatt lost to Burgess, Hunt, Miss Poupard, Scott, Pedorspn, Poupard; N. S Butler beat Scott, Pederson lost to Miss Poupard, Poupard, Hunt, Burgess. A flag five hunddred evening was hold at “Brooklynnc,” the home of Mr anrt Mrs A. K Drew, rccontly, in aid of tho Anglican Church funds. There was a fair attendance at a meet ing hold to discuss the annual A o ')'®' show in aid of the Anglican Church Arrangements were made for the event,
