John Hunt, a wealthy white follower of the negro religious leader Father Divine, who was arrested for transporting away Delight Jewitt, a 17-vear-old Denver school girl. “to make her a new Virgin Mary,” has been found quilt.y of violation of the Mann Act. which provides penalties for a person who takes a woman across the boundary between one State and another. He is liable to a sentence of five years in a Federal penitentiary.
