CASE REMANDED.
Appearing before Air J. L. Stout, S.AL, in the Magistrate’s Court today, Tihu Hautalii, a Maori aged 29, was charged witli breaking and entering the house of Albert AVilliam Alitchell by night, at Palmerston North, on A larch 25 last, and stealing clothing valued at £8 7s. On the application of Detective-Sergeant Aleikiejohn, accused was remanded to appear again on July 8.
