THE EPIDEMIC.

TWO ADMISSIONS YESTERDAY.

Two cases of infantile paralysis were admitted to the Palmerston North hospital yesterday—a boy aged two years from Otaki and another patient, also a boy, aged four years, from Eoxton. Both cases are not regarded as serious, though the former is not exactly a mild state of the disease. A convalescent patient was discharged this morning.

With tho removal of the epidemic restrictions, the majority of the Palmerston North Sunday Schools re-opened yesterday, the attendances being unexpectedly good. The church attendances were also reported to be higher than has been tho case since tho imposing of the restrictions.
