PLIGHT OF UKRAINIANS. LONDON, April 24. The Morning Post announces that a copy of the Ukrainian, the Communist Party’s official organ, dated April 12, contains a statement by Cubar, President of the Ukrainian ’ Soviet, that two million peasant families are starving owing to failure of the crops.—A. and N.Z. cable.
