The Daily Mail’s Sofia correspondent says that Parliament ratified martial law. The speeches of the wounded Premier and Ministers, especially that of General Vulkoff, Minister of War, who was lamed by a bomb, were vociferously applauded. Many members had their heads bandaged. Received April 24, 8.5 a.m. BELGRADE, April 23. The British Labour delegation, who are returning to London, have arrived from Sofia, where they witnessed the cathedral outrage scenes. Colonel Wedgwood expressed the opinion that the outrago was due solely to the dissatisfaction on tho part of all the Opposition elements with Zankoff’s military dictatorship, which has been arresting and executing opponents without trial.—A. and N.Z. cable.
