IN BANKRUPTCY.
UPHOLSTERER FILES. A petition in bankruptcy has been filed by William Martin, upholsterer, of 415 Main street. In the statement of assets and liabilities furnished by bankrupt, liabilities are shown to amount to £225 2s Bd, while as an offset, assets amount to £39 13s 9d, leaving a deficiency of £lB5 18s lid. The assets are: Stock in trade, £27 18s 9d; book debts, estimated to produce £1 15s, and furniture. £lO.
