RELEASE OF PRISONERS.
ORDERS IN SOUTH AFRICA. CAPETOWN, April 20. In connection with the visit of the Prince of Wales, the Minister of Justice has ordered the release of all convicts and prisoners serving original sentences of six months or less and remissions ranging from throe months of sentences above six months, excluding “lifers” and “indeterminates.” The order is effective from April 30, tho date of the Prince’s arrival.—A. and N.Z. cable.
